By providing your consent on this Subscription Form, you expressly give Peregrine Capital consent to Process** and further Process the Personal Information which will be done in accordance with the Protection of Personal information Act, 2013 (“POPIA”), the European Union General Data Protection regulation principles, and Peregrine Capital’s POPIA policy, which sets out why Peregrine Capital needs the Personal Information, what Peregrine Capital will do with the Personal Information, and with whom (if anyone) Peregrine Capital will share the Personal Information with. By providing your consent in respect of all Personal Information, provided or transmitted by you or Peregrine Capital, you consent to the transmission (including, where applicable, transmission between countries), where such transmission is not precluded by any law, in accordance with the proposed use; and the Processing of the Personal Information received by Peregrine Capital from you, in any country in which the Personal Information is held by Peregrine Capital.

**Processing and/or Process shall mean any operation or activity, whether automated or not, concerning personal information, including: collection; receipt; recording; organisation; collation; storage; updating or modification; retrieval; alteration; consultation; use; dissemination by means of transmission, distribution or making available in any other form; merging, linking, as well as blocking, degradation, erasure or destruction of information.
